UNISZOL-Facilities Management Ltd. provides a full range of services for the complete fulfilment of technical and legal requirements for the day-to-day operation of facilities.

Our company provides scheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, extensions and modifications of the mechanical and electrical systems connected to the facilities, as required. During the periodic inspections, we prepare inspection documents for low and high voltage electrical equipment and repair any discovered faults. We provide for our partners an online issue reporting platform to make our work faster, easier and more efficient. 

We are committed to the use of sustainable technologies and has built up close relationships with partners using renewable technologies, for example for the operation of solar parks.
